my family is driving me INSANE! gosh i can't wait to get away from them for 2 whole weeks!

summer reading is majorly stressing me out. how are you supposed to write a plot summary on a collection of short stories!?!?!

and then there's the typical high school drama stuff going on but i don't feel like plastering it on the internet. if you're close to me, you probably already know what it is. if you don't already know but really want to, message me or something and i'll tell you

Exhibit A: "I Miss You"- Miley Cyrus "I miss you, I miss your smile, and I still shed a tear every once in a while." This song is seriously like my exact thoughts put to music. It's even written about the same situation. I cried the first time I heard it. I couldn't have said it better myself.

Exhibit B: "Forget You"- LAX Gurlz "Forget you. That's all I wanna do. I've gotta face the truth. Cuz this just aint no good for me." Seriously. That's what I've spent the past year trying to do. I just wanna forget about him, or should I say them. I really do just need to face the truth and get over them. This is one of my new theme songs.

Exhibit C: "Big Yellow Taxi"- Counting Crows & Vanessa Carlton "Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got til it's gone." I think I've realized this more than ever this year. You take so much for granted and you really don't realize it until it's gone.

Exhibit D: "Wonderful World"- James Morrison "And I know that it's a wonderful world but I can't feel it right now. Well I thought that I was doing well but I just wanna cry now." This is kind of a happy-eemo-but-I-shouldn't-be song. It is a wonderful world but there are times where it just doesn't seem so great. Trust me, I've had these days. lol

Exhibit E: "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs"- Fall Out Boy "Thanks for the memories, even though they weren't so great." This song, or at least that one line, totally describes my high school experience so far. Yeah, there's been a lot of crap this year. But that's high school. I have so many memories from this year that I'm so grateful for, even if they aren't all happy memories.

Exhibit F: "Here Without You"- 3 Doors Down "I'm here without you baby, but you're still on my lonely mind. I think about you baby and I dream about you all the time." I don't care how gosh darn far away he is. I still think about him all the time. I know it's stupid and I should just forget about him, but for some reason he's still on my mind.

Exhibit G: "Everything You Ever Wanted"- Hawk Nelson "I tried to be perfect, tried to be honest, everything that you ever wanted." Yeah I did. I tried to be the person he wanted. But now I don't really give a crap about what he wants. He's got her and I have....well you get the idea.

well i better stop before type out a whole alphabet of examples. my point is, its so weird how someone else can write a song that practically takes the words out of your mouth. theres a song out there for pretty much every feeling and emotion you can think of. that's cool beans. i ♥ music!

i haven't updated in like for-evv-err

schools out

here's a short summary of whats going on in my life and how i feel towards said stuff:

summer = boring but kinda nice not having school. i lie around all day and watch random tv shows. current faves: reba (van is way chexy), cory in the house (it's all cuz of jason dolley, i swear), hannah montana (shut up. theres nothing wrong with a teenage girl watching disney channel shows! and plus, mitchell musso aint that bad either...), and any other random shows that don't look too boring.

summer reading = the devil and its trying to ruin my summer. well i won't let it. *sticks tongue out at books* pray for my sanity k?

san francisco = CAN'T WAIT! it's gonna be awesome to the max. fo sho. =] i should probably start packing soon, huh?

hawaii = 47 days! woot woot! yeah so i've kinda given up on the hawaiian surfer boyfriends idea but hey, that doesn't mean that we won't break any hearts while we're there =]

babysitting = gotta love it. san fran shopping here i come!!

movies i wanna see = ratatouille, ocean's 13, surf's up, nancy drew (already saw it but i wanna know how much they changed it. plus max thieroit [or however you spell it] is a total cutie), fantastic four: silver surfer (those guys are chexy. chris evans: oh yeah. i should probably see the first one, huh?). gosh darn they need some chick flicks out!! sigh

current life soundtrack = eh i'm in music A.D.D. mode. pretty much just britt nicole and the last 10-ish songs on my purchased list. people need to come out with more songs

current romantic status = haha has it ever changed? single, not crushing, boys are idiots. and i can honestly say i don't miss very many of them.

so thats my life in a nutshell

well if you want to save me from my boredom and help me procrastinate, hit up my cell, we can hang out. maybe see one of the movies mentioned above? hint hint...
